- If you’ve already purchased a Groupon, our partners are telling us that the best thing you can do is to hold onto your voucher and show up when you can. Please know that we continue to work with our merchants to extend voucher expiration dates so you can still use your voucher at a later date. We’ll notify you as we extend these dates.
- If you want to join us in showing your support, pick your favorite business and buy a Groupon to use for later — so businesses will know you’ll be there when you can.
- If you need to return your voucher, we’re happy to offer a Groupon credit for your unused voucher. For the quickest response available, please select your Groupon below, follow the self-service steps and look out for “Request my Refund”.
- If you still need to contact us, please understand that our support team has also been impacted and we are experiencing delays. While we’ll do our best to help as quickly as possible, we ask that you only contact us if your Groupon expires in less than 30 days. Please note that our Support Team will provide the same resolution as you have available with our Self-Service feature.
