Summer movies for kids can be great way to give the kids a day of entertainment and moment of peace for yourself. Here's a list of movie theaters in Utah that provide summer movies for $1-$2 or less.
Megaplex: $10 movies for $10.
Movie passes are going digital this year. Kids and accompanying parents or guardians will enjoy 10 classic G or PG rated family films.* One film each week at participating Megaplex locations. Summer Movies begin the last week in May at some locations. Tickets are available now for purchase now.
Cinemark: tickets $1.50 each (American Fork, Farmington, Ogden, Provo, Salt Lake, Sandy, West Jordan, West Bountiful, West Valley).
Scera Cinema Series (Orem) – 11-week movie series for kids and youth. $12 for the series
Regal Movies: (Taylorsville) – Watch for 2023 schedule. Family fun movies playing on Tuesdays & Wednesdays for the summertime!
Admission to the Summer Movie Express is only $2. Tickets available for purchase at the box office and all movies in most locations start at 10:00 am. Check with your theater for exact showtimes. Each week both movies play on both days. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Will Rogers Institute.

Walker Cinemas (Perry, No. Ogden) – 10 Movies for $5 when purchased before June 1, after June 1 its $2 per movie.
Cinefour Theaters (No. Logan) – 10 Movies for $5 when purchased before June 1, after June 1 its $2 per movie.

Park city (Redstone) also does summer movies but they are $2.
I found out that they are no longer doing summer movies at the theaters in Jordan Landing. So bummed! 🙁
