Great Valentine's Day Gift Idea - Amazon Prime Members can get Two Dozen *Whole Trade Roses for just $19.99! That is a 20% savings! Note that colors may vary.

Start by purchasing them online and select in-store pick up at Whole Foods (select a specific time) for $1.99 or they will deliver them for $4.99 (they also recommend a $5 tip).

The pickup/delivery fees do add a bit extra but it is still a good price for 2 dozen roses. For me, delivered came to $31.40 with tax, delivery fee and tip. Store pickup came to $23.40 with tax and pick up fee.
