Pedal Palooza (Herriman) – Saturday, May 31 from 9 – 11:30 am at Butterfield Park. Enjoy a family bike parade, helmet safety checks, free helmets, helmet decorating station, mountain bike event, bike & scooter raffles and more. This is a free event.
Sail-a-palooza (Heber) – May 31 & June 1 at Jordanelle State Park. Enjoy sailboat rides, paddle boarding, laser rigging, boating safety classes for kids, and BBQ. All is free with entry to Jordanelle State Park ($12 per car entry fee).
Get Into the River – Saturday, May 31 from 10 am – 2 pm at Jordan Park (900 W 1000 S). This free event includes kids crafts, workshops, bike safety rodeo, frisbee golf, yoga, music, canoeing, informational booths, hot dogs (1st 800 to complete wristband punches), and more.
Turkish Art & Craft Festival – Saturday, May 31 from 10 am – 8 pm at Pacifica Institute (363 W 2720 S). Enjoy arts, crafts, live music, Turkish food and more at this free event.
Great Salt Lake Shorelands Preserve Open House (Layton) – Saturday, May 31 from 8 am – 1 pm (41 S. 3200 W.). Come celebrate their 10th anniversary at the award-winning visitor center at the lake. Enjoy tours and refreshments. Event is free.
