Miller Motorsports Park Season Opener & Car Show – Saturday, April 26 2014, with an action packed day of racing and FREE admission for everyone! There will be six different kinds of racing, a car show, free hot dogs and drinks (while supplies last) and free zip line rides. All spectators will be admitted free of charge.
Free Healthy Kids Day – Saturday, April 26 at 10 am – 2 pm (4223 S Atherton Drive, Taylorsville). The Y is celebrating Healthy Kids Day with two FREE community events these events help families find fun through active play and educational opportunities and inspire them to carry that spirit of fun throughout their summer. Includes Zumba, Bounce House, Tennis Clinics, Bike Rodeo and more.
Cabela's Ladies' Day Out – Saturday, April 26 from 10 am – 3 pm at Cabela's in Lehi. It will feature live archery and shooting practice, hands-on fly fishing demonstrations, seminars, chocolate dipping class, giveaways, samples and more – and the first 100 women through the doors will receive a special gift.
Kids' Fest: A Celbration of Dia de los Ninos – Saturday, April 26 from 11 am – 2 pm at the Viridian Center (8030 S 1825 W). Celebrate with crafts, storytellers, puppeteers and special appearance by Jeremy Chatelain, author of “May the Stars Drip Down.”
Weber County Dairy Daze – April 25 & 26 at Golden Spike Event Center. Admission is free.
National Go Birding Day – April 26 at Antelope Island State Park. Meet at the visitor center at 10 am for a guided bird walk and to learn more about these amazing feathered friends. Entrance fee applies of $9 per vehicle.
Yuba State Park Rotten Easter Egg Hunt: The Easter Bunny is running a little behind this year. Come to the Oasis campground pavilion at 1 pm for an Easter egg hunt and search for as many goodies and prizes as possible, but let’s hope there won’t be too many rotten eggs. Cost is $3/child and day-use fee is $7 per car with up to 8 occupants.
