Festivals & Fairs:

Harmons 1st Annual Fall Art Festival – Friday, Oct. 5 from 3-5pm at the Harmons Station Park (833 Clark Lane, Farmington). Enjoy local art and crafts, holiday treats, a car show and live music & entertainment. Admission is FREE, there will also be free games and activities for kids.

Sunset Festival (Salt Lake) – The Gateway Mall, Wasatch Front Farmers Market and FM100 are partnering to provide The Gateway's Sunset Festival ever Saturday in October from 3-7pm. There will be live music, artisans, crafters, sidewalk sales, demos, sampling and more. Free concerts at the Plaza from 4-6pm. Free Parking Validation will also be available at The Gateway and FM100 booths.

Harvest Fest (Kamas) – Saturday, October 6 from 1-6pm at the High Star Ranch (976 N State Rd. 32). There will be local food & drink, wagon rides, farm animal display, live music, crafts, kid activities and more. This is a FREE event.

Rooftop Concert Series (Provo) – Friday, Oct. 5 at 8pm at Provo Town Square. Enjoy a Free concert from The Lower Lights & The Folka Dots.

Gardner Village Witch Displays – Shop and see their hilarious display of plump, green-faced, wart covered witches dressed to the nines. Print off a Scavenger Hunt for the kids and take the completed paper to the Neborhood Baker to get a cookie for only $0.35. Also, check out all the fun at Gardner Village such as Breakfast with a Witch, Witchapalooze Music Dinner Theater and more.

MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – Saturdays in October at BYU Museum of Art – Art Makes Sense! Exploring Sound in People in a Hard Land: Iconic Images of Life in the Southwest. On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge.

Snowbird Oktoberfest – This is the last weekend – Admission is free. This event is full of music, dancing, and traditional German cuisine. Kids can enjoy face painting, caricature artist, inflatable rides, and more. Oktoberfest runs weekends and Labor Day through October 7.
