Clark Planetarium Community Partner Day – Friday, April 11 at 11 am – 2 pm at 110 S 400 W, SLC. This is a FREE hands-on event for children and families. Community Partners such as KUED Kids, Red Butte Garden, The Leonardo, HawkWatch International and more will be at Clark Planetarium with fun, science related activities.
Women's Empowerment Night – Friday, April 11 at 6:30pm at I Love Kick Boxing – Sandy. This is a free event where speed skater Rebekah Bradford Plath talks about personal goal strategies. There will also be special giveaways.
Utah Stem Expo – Saturday, April 12 at the South Towne Expo Center in Sandy. There will be science shows, demonstrations, student projects and demos Educational Expo inspires minds of all ages and helps children discover their interests and future career paths. Admission is Free.
Dixie Power Kite Festival – Saturday, April 12 from 10 am – 7 pm at the SunRiver Golf Course. This is a free event with a free concert by Pangea, entertainment, vendors and more. Qualifying students earn a high-quality kite or book for their reading efforts.
