Snowbird Customer Appreciation Days – October 20-23 & 29-30 at Snowbird. Receive a Free tram ride with donation of 3 cans of food or hygiene items or a $6 donation for the Utah Food Bank.
Pumpkin Walk (North Logan) – October 20-22 & 24-25 at Elk Ridge Park. Admission is free.
Gateway Pumpkin Festival (Salt Lake) – Friday, October 21 from 11-30-2:30 pm at the Gateway Mall. This is a free event and free pumpkins while they last.
Trick or Treat Street (Kearns) – Friday, October 21 from 6-9 pm at Utah Olympic Oval. Spooky and safe fun for the whole family. This free event include tricks and treats from local vendors and groups. Free ice skating for kids 12 and under (skate rental not included).
Eccles Theatre Grand Opening – October 21-23; a free community arts celebration will open the Main Street and Regent Street doors, giving people a chance to view the architecture along with 15-minute, drop-in performances.
Mutt-ster Mash (Salt Lake) – Friday, October 21 from 2-4 pm at Salt Lake County Animal Services. For ages 3-12. This free event includes costume contest, decorating pumpkins, photo booth and more.
Annual Ginormous Pumpkin Regatta (South Jordan) – Saturday, October 22 starting at 11 am at North Shore in Daybreak. This free event includes food trucks, games, activities, gigantic pumpkin carving and racing.
Taste of Latinamerica Festival (Salt Lake) – October 21-22 at Library Square. celebration of all things Central and South American. Eclectic and exotic cuisine, live music, arts,crafts, cooking demonstrations and much more. Admission is free.
Witchstock Festival (Ogden) – Saturday, October 22 Ogden City Amphitheater. Witches tea party requires a ticket, all other event are free.
Trunk ‘O' Treat (Salt Lake) – Saturday, October 22 from 1-3 pm at Olympus Hills Shopping Center. This is a free event with crafts, games, treats and more.
Bark-tober Fest (Ogden) – Saturday, October 22 from 10 am – 2 pm at Wasatch Hollow Animal Hospital. Fun for the whole family including costume contest, refreshments, music, pets for adoption and more.
MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge.
