January 14, 2015 at 3:13 pmI have updated the post to reflect what the 5x eCoupon looks like. It is marked with a bold blue banner at the bottom of the eCoupon prior to loading. This is the eCoupon you can use 5x in ONE transaction. You may also have another eCoupon that was previously loaded that may only be used once. Double check and make sure you have the right eCoupon loaded. Also, try sorting the eCoupons by the category “most recent” and these *up to 5x* eCoupons should pop right up at the top of the list.
