On Saturday 9/22, Larry H. Miller Sportspark will be hosting the second annual Million Miles at Miller charity event.
Participants can choose to ride a Centery (100 miles), a Metric Century (62 miles), 30 miles, or as a family. You can also participate without riding. The century, metric century, and 30 miles routes all begin and end with a loop around the race track, but the bulk of the course will meander through Tooele County. Or, families may choose to remain at Miller Motorsports Park for the Family Fun Ride–a simple and safe 4.5 mile loop around the track.
There will be food, music, a kids zone, face painting and more. Proceeds from this fun family event will go towards helping the Utah Special Olympics. In addition the top fundraiser wins a trip for two to travel to an away game with The Utah JAZZ. That would be cool. You can go here to learn more about this event and register. Registration for fundraising only is free. Rides are $25.
Currently, City Deals is offering admission to Million Miles at Miller Cycling Event Family Ride for $9.99 (normally $15). Admission pass includes, bike ride around the 4.5 mile Miller Motorsports Park track and full access to the Kids Zone for a family of 2 adults and up to 6 kids.
