Dreamscapes (Sandy) – This immersive art exhibit has moved to Shops at South Town and is 5X bigger. Save on tickets here.
Amazing Earth Fest (Kanab) – May 14-20; live entertainment, presentations and guided outdoor adventures amidst some of the world’s most beautiful scenery.Â
Bird Festival (Farmington) – May 18-21 at Eccles Wildlife Center. Free educational workshops will also be available for participants and their annual family day, where birders of all ages are invited to learn about birds, participate in hands-on activities, and even do some birdwatching of their own. There are also field trips that start at $25
Farm Star Party (Murray) – May 19 at 9:30 pm at Wheeler Farm. Come early and stroll around the farm and some hot chocolate, stargazing and fun activities provided by Clark Planetarium. Admission free, however, registration required and tickets go fast.
Living Traditions Festival (Salt Lake) – May 19-21 at Library Square.  A celebration of Utah’s cultural diversity through music, dance, food, craft art, panels, films, workshops and more! Admission is free.
IFSC Boulder/Speed World Cup (Salt Lake) – May 19-21 at Pioneer Park. Climbers from all around the globe as they compete in as a part of the 2023 World Cup series. Ticket holders will be allowed to exit and re-enter the venue throughout the day while also enjoying the on-site food trucks, beer garden, live music, and vendor expo. Tickets $15-$30.
Armed Forces Day Concert (Salt Lake) – May 20 at 5 pm at Gallivan Center. Free admission and parking.
May Mania Demolition Derby (Ogden) – May 20 at 7 pm at Golden Spike Event Center. Tickets start at $18.
Beginners Bootcamp Coding (Salt Lake) – May 20 from 10:30 am – 2:30 pm at The Leonardo. Open to 4th-6th grade students. Explore the connection between coding and robotics. This one-day workshop is free to attend, however lunch will NOT be provided and students should be sent with prepared lunches. Participants must pre-register.
Light up the Ice (Provo) – May 20 at 6 pm at Peaks Ice Arena. Glow with the stars public skating on-ice party (skate rental included!); Two ice skating shows featuring local stars; Local figure skating club parades and more. Presale price $15
Ride, Roll & Stroll (Taylorsville) – May 20 from 10 am – 11:30 am at Millrace Park Trailhead. Get together to bike, rollerskate, skateboard or scooter along the Jordan River. Strollers are also welcome, as well as all ages. Decorate your ride for bonus points.
Health Fair (Spanish Fork) – May 20 8:30-11 am at Sports Park. Prizes, activities, food and fun.
MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge
