JC Penney has announced that their “Free Haircuts” in August promo was such a success they will be giving out more Free haircuts in November! Because of the large response in August, JC Penney will be making it a permanent offer every Sunday, starting Nov. 4.
No coupon is needed, just call your local JC Penney for an appointment.
