2. Discover Salt Lake's “Hidden Secret”
Gilgal Sculpture Garden: This Community Park is nestled in between houses and sports 12 original sculptures and over seventy engraved stones. Bring along a packed picnic basket and a blanket to enjoy the artistic environment! Or, get really creative and each of you pack a lunch or dinner for the other. 3. Visit a Museum
Fort Douglas War Museum: Come learn about the early history of military life in Salt Lake. View artifacts such as Saddam Huessein's boots brought home by a Utah Soldier. Outside, you will learn about the different military vehicles. They always have special events going on depending the time of year. 4. Visit Clark Planetarium
Clark Planetarium is full of exhibits that are FREE of charge. Walk on the Moon and Mars, discover the cycles of the moon. For a small fee you can experience a laser light show or IMAX movie. 5. Visit a Park

6. Visit a Ghost Town
Ghost Town: Ophir is located in Tooele. Ophir is an old mining town. There are many old and ornamental buildings to see. Check out the abandoned mines and mining cars. Although, Ophir is a Ghost Town, there are still residents that reside there today. So, please obey all No Trespassing Signs.
7. Go Sledding
Rock Canyon Park is located in Provo. It is FREE and provides a large hill for sledding, and a park with pavilions. What a great way to experience how outgoing and adventurous one another is. Bring hot chocolate in a thermos for when you're done and this is sure to be a memorable date!
8. Go Geocaching
Geocaching in Utah is an all-time fun favorite activity. Geocaching is like a scavenger hunt on steroids. Use a GPS to find a hidden cache- a box filled with items such as coins, key rings, etc. This website will give you several locations of geocaches to find nearby.
