Reminder: If you are putting together a care package you should have your package dropped off today.
It looks like a scene from another country. It's hard to imagine the devastation. As you probably know, a tornado hit the small town of Joplin, Missouri on Sunday.
Major buildings were leveled to the ground, by the recent tornado, including St. John's hospital and several homes.
A local pastor from Layton, Pastor Mike Crowder from Christian Life Center is on a mission to drive to Joplin next week and take with him in his RV donations that could help people who lost everything in the tornado. You might have seen him on KSL news. The church is accepting donations of household items, cash, gift cards, gently used clothing and such. Drop off locations have been set up. This is a good time for Utah couponers to pull together and dig into our stockpiles and help. I myself am putting together a care package. GO HERE for more information. Thank You Kate.
