Yay! Target has finally announced that you can use Target Cartwheel offers with online orders. I have to admit I have wanted this to happen for quite some time now so I'm pretty stoked.
You will want to keep in mind that to use the Cartwheel offers you must choose in store pickup. You can't have orders shipped to your house and still use the offers.
