Venture Outdoors Festival Runs thru Friday, August 22 at a different venue each week. This is a weekly series. This free, family-friendly event features live music, recreation clinics, guest speakers, giveaways, creative children’s activities and more.
International Days – August 11-16 in South Jordan, Herrriman, Riverton and West Jordan. There will be entertainment, dancers, musicians and more. Free and open to the public.
Midvale Harvest Days – August 11-16 with a parade, car show, entertainment, fireworks and more.
Wayne County Fair – August 11-16 with music, rodeo, demolition derby, fireworks and more
Davis County Fair – August 13-16 with entertainment, rodeo, demolition derby and more.

The Salt Lake Parade of Homes opens August 1st and runs through August 16th. Regular admission is $15 but, there are a few ways to save on tickets, go here for details>>
Just Between Friends is gearing up for their twice yearly consignment sale event. This consignment sale is very popular and a great way to get a bargain on clothes, toys, kids furniture and more. The Utah Museum of Fine Arts offers FREE admission every 3rd Saturday of the month. This Saturday, August 16 – Make a work of art that you can wear around town! Come experience an exhibition of images of Krishna, the eighth incarnation of the Hindu God Vishnu. Design your own anklet, a traditional ornament worn by Krishna, using glass beads and bells.
MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge.
