Debunk the Junk: Science Movie (West Jordan) – Friday, June 19 at 7pm. This is a Free Adult Date Night at the Library’s Viridian Event Center. Tracey Aviary experts will join us with birds and post-film questions and answers.
Juneteenth Freedom and Heritage Festival (Ogden) – Friday, June 19-20 at Weber State University. This festival is family-centered with Live entertainment, soul food, vendors, health screenings, games and more. Admission is free.
Gateway Chalk Art Festival (Salt Lake) – June 19-20 largest chalk art festival in Utah at the Gateway mall.
South Ogden Days – June 19-20 with entertainment, movie in the park, parade, car show, fireworks and more.
Helper Outlaw Car Show & Cruise – June 19-20.
Tooele Arts Festival – June 19-21 with art and entertainment.
Red Fleet Paddle Fest (Vernal) – June 19-20 at Red Fleet State Park. Bring your own paddle craft or try one of the many paddle boards, kayaks, or canoes provided. The event will be free to the public on Friday June 19th and a $5 / person fee will be collected on Saturday June 20th. There are concerts scheduled for both nights, an “Anything That Floats” contest for Friday, and Fireworks Saturday night.
Eyes to the Sky Balloon Festival (Salina) – June 19-21 one mile west of Salina.
Free Antboy Screening (Price & West Valley) – Utah Film Center presents free screenings of the film Antboy recommended for ages 10+. There is a screening in Price on June 19 & West Valley on June 20.
Stars and Stripes Party (Provo) – June 19-20 at the Shops at Riverwoods. There will be a petting zoo, face painting, balloon artists, splashing at the splash pad, food trucks, entertainment and more.
Lee's Market Car Show (Logan) – Saturday, June 20 at Lee's Market. There will be Hot Rods, Grilling and Live Music from Wasatch Back. They also have some fun games for the kids and their first ever Car Show Art Gallery.
