Pumpkin Walk (Logan) – October 22-27 at Elk Ridge Park. Come see hundreds of pumpkins displayed in more than 35 scenes. Admission is free.
Pumpkin Parade (Syracuse) – October 22-24 at Centennial Park. Come see hundreds of artistically carved pumpkins on display. Free entrance for everyone to an event that normally attracts 10,000 visitors over three nights. Hours are from 7-10 PM.
Pumpkin Parade (Provo) – Friday, October 23 from 4 – 9 pm at The Shops at Riverwoods. This free event includes decorated pumpkin, hayrides, food, face painting and trick or treating throughout the shops.
Pumpkin Palooza (Spanish Fork) – October 23-24 at Spanish Fork Fairgrounds. Come dressed in costume, trick or treat, enter a pumpkin contest or twinkie eating contest and more. Admission is free.
Halloween Carnival (Herriman) – Friday, October 23 from 5:30-8 pm at J.L. Sorenson Rec Center. This free event includes costume contest, music, face painting, craft station and more.
Trick or Treat Street (Kearns) – Friday, October 23 from 6 – 9 pm at Utah Olympic Oval. This event is free and open to all ages. Includes trick or treat booths, activities, face painting, bounce houses and more. Public ice skating will begin at 7 pm and free for 12 and under.
Wild West on the Jordan River Trail (Murray) – Friday, October 23 from 6:30-9pm at Germania Park. Tours will begin every 20 min as storytellers share factual stories with the wild west frontier figure of Wild Bill Hickman. Tours are free, however, tickets can be picked up at Murray Parks Office or walk-in are welcome if space is available.
Strut Your Mutt (Salt Lake) – Saturday, October 24 from 8:30 am – 2 pm at Liberty Park. This free event includes a fundraising dog walk or 5K with or without your dog as well as doggie themed festivities, refreshments and more.
YMCA Fall Festival (Taylorsville) – Saturday, October 24 from 2-5 pm at YMCA Community Family Center. This free event includes music, food trucks, free hot chocolate and apple cider, costume parade, activities, and more.
Halloween Carnival (Midvale) – Saturday, October 24 from 2-4 pm at Copperview Rec Center. This free event includes a grave dive, games, prizes and more.
Boo Bash (Sandy) – Saturday, October 24 from 11 am – 2 pm at South Towne Mall. This free event a costume parade at 12:30, carnival games, crafts, prizes, treats and more. Admission is free with a can of food for Utah Food Bank.
Trunk or Treat (Salt Lake) – Saturday, October 24 from 3-5 pm at Olympus Hill Shopping Center. Free event with trunk or treating, crafts and games.
Trick or Treat Village (Eagle Mountain) – Saturday, October 24 from 10 am – 2 pm at Nolan Park. Includes monster mash dance, contest, candy and more. Bring canned goods to donate to the Utah Food Bank.
Trick or Treat Street (Daybreak) – Saturday, October 24 from 2-4 pm at SoDo Row. This free event includes Halloween bags (while supplies last), music and craft.
Halloween Spooktacular (Bountiful) – Saturday, October 24 from 5:30 – 8:30 pm at South Davis Recreation Center. Each activity requires tickets and each ticket is $0.50. Activities include canoe ride through haunted swamp, carnival games, trick or treat alley and more.
Villains in the Village (Farmington) – Saturday, October 24 from 1:30-3:30 pm at Station Park. Villains is a short stage show with four (4) famous movie villains, this is not a trick or treat event. Games and activities will follow the stage show for the remainder of the event time.
Monster Block Party (Salt Lake) – Saturday, October 24 from 11 am – 3 pm at the Gallivan Center. This free festival includes live music, pony rides, petting zoo, face painting, costume party, trick or treating and more.
Boo Bash (Kimball Junction) – Saturday, October 24 from 12 – 3 pm at Newpark Amphitheater. Activities include pony rides, face painting, trick or treating and more. Most activities are free.
Halloween Boonanza (Clearfield) – Saturday, October 24 from 6-9 pm at at Clearfield Aquatic & Fitness Center. Includes games, food, and fun.
Mill Freaks (Millcreek) – Saturday, October 24 from 3-6 pm at Canyon Rim Park. This free event includes costume parade, bounce houses, train rides, animal shows, magician, face painting and more. Some activities do have a fee.
American Girl Grand Opening (Murray) – October 24-25 at Fashion Place Mall. Girls will enjoy a free craft and be entered in a doll drawing. To manage crowds, a ticket system will be used. This store will be a temporary setup for the holiday season, while the actual opening is slated to open in 2016.
Discovery Gateway Museum – Get $6 admission every Sunday – no coupon needed.
MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge.
