I am a BIG fan of Target's Dollar Spot (Bullseye's Playground). They have fun stuff for birthday parties, class room treats, decorations, and holidays. I am so excited that you can now buy these items online in the Bullseye's Playground section on Target.com.
The one downside is that items online are only available for purchase in multiples. Items come in packs of 2-8 depending on price and some only ship with a $25 purchase. So if you just want one of an item, you will still want to go in store to purchase it but if you are having a party or wedding or need several of a particular item, you can save yourself digging through bins and driving to multiple stores to get what you need!
