September 5, 2014 at 2:48 pmI’m having the same problem with saving star. I think to bypass this try uploading the saving star first. I tried removing the ecoupon then add the ss but it still didn’t work. I think ss can’t sense the ecoupon at all to add. So that’s what I say do the ss absolutely first. We’ll see.

September 4, 2014 at 4:39 pmOne more question. Last week I loaded a Saving Star coupon to my account and presented a paper manufactures coupon and the computer wouldn’t accept it because it said I had a digital coupon. So on the coco puffs this week do you think the same with will occur?

September 4, 2014 at 8:26 pmI’m not sure why you had trouble unless it was an eCoupon loaded to your card. I just picked up the Cocoa Puffs and the Food Should Taste Good Chips yesterday. Both my eCoupons came off, plus I had already loaded my Saving Star rebates.
Saving Star advises against using coupons in conjunction with their rebates, but the system doesn’t stop you from doing it. There seems to be a growing concern about it being “ethical.” I will be more careful about how I post these deals in the future.

September 5, 2014 at 1:50 pmYes! This happened to me on the cocoa puffs and chips. I had already loaded the smiths coupon and savingstar wouldn’t let me load theirs saying I already had a digital loaded.

September 4, 2014 at 4:36 pmDo you think SS coupons differ by area? I live in Logan and the last couple of weeks I haven’t been able to find some of the SS coupons you have referred to. I haven’t had much trouble before now.

September 4, 2014 at 8:19 pmCoupons can definitely vary from region and even from city to city. We post coupons from the “Utah” list of SmartSource and RedPlum coupons. I am sorry that you weren’t able to find some of the coupons listed. Hopefully that won’t happen very often.
