April 11, 2012 at 9:46 pmWhen I do price checks I do them at several different Smith’s. Prices were the same at all of them. The Catalina is a Kroger store Catalina, so it should be available at all stores. Just be sure to look for the blue sign that tells what products are participating.

April 11, 2012 at 9:53 pmI just wanted to be sure they were all going off the regular retail price. A while back when they had a catalina on Duracell batteries, the Smiths by me was going off the regular retail price for the catalinas but the Smiths Marketplace on 9000 S Redwood Rd was not printing off regular retail price, just sale price so you had to buy more batteries to reach the amount to get the catalina. Needless to say, I went to the other Smiths where I knew it was a better deal 🙂

April 12, 2012 at 9:33 amI shop at a regular Smith’s store not Market Place. I’ll always note when I’m at Market Place. I’ve been asked not to share what store, to help with shelf stripping. However, this particular deal has been tested at several stores now. It could change, but I don’t think it’s an error. If you don’t want to risk Market Place on 90th, you might want to hop up to 90th and 5400 W. 🙂
