February 8, 2015 at 10:00 amIn my experience with some stores and their managers, some stores allow it and some do not. That is why the post states, “if your store allows it.” The coupon does not beep for the product when it is made free by a sale. There is no coupon policy stating coupons cannot be used on a product made free by a sale (while some stores clearly state this is okay). So, ask your store’s manager ahead of time.
