September 30, 2013 at 10:46 pmHave all of the Catalina’s been tested? I tried to Loreal at both a Smiths and Smiths Marketplace and it did not print. A friend of mine also tried to do the Kraft cheese and the fruit squishies deal and the Catalina’s did not print for her either. Also, are all of the mega event items labeled for this sale? When I was at Smiths the Kotex, Kelloggs, etc. were not labeled as items involved in a mega event sale. Thanks for your help!

October 1, 2013 at 8:10 amThe L’Oreal Cat was an advertised Cat- for some reason it’s not printing on all the bottles (a lot of people are reporting having trouble). I bought dark pink and did receive the Cat. Try contacting Catalina Marketing 1-877-210-1917. The Dole Fruit Squish ‘Ems are tagged in stores. I bought 4 boxes at self checkout and indeed received the $0.75 Cat. I cannot confirm the Kraft Cheese Cat. Maybe the Cat machine was turned off. I have run into that SEVERAL times. If I go to customer service they are always good about either refunding me the Cat money or re-ringing the items with the machine turned on. Smith’s DID NOT tag any of the mega event items-I guess to make it more difficult. I absolutely confirmed that the Mega coupon is working on the items listed for the digital saving eCoupon. The Special K and Kellogg’s Catalina is a store promotion. Not sure why they didn’t tag the shelves, but the Cat is definitely working for the listed items. Plus, you can buy several in one transaction and receive multiple Cats (since it’s a store promo). Sorry you had so much trouble?!
