To take advantage of this deal:

*Call the Sam’s customer service hotline at: 1-888-746-7726
*Select option #2 and then option #4 (Note that there is a high volume of calls and a long hold time)
*Tell the customer service rep you are calling about the new mom membership offer
*Provide requested information
*Sam’s will then mail you a letter with your account number. Take your child's birth certificate to Sam's club to get your card.

Note that this offer is only available to new members that are new moms or are currently expecting. You will be required to provide proof prior to receiving your membership card.
