“Rowell and Sons did an amazing job! These guys are totally legit. Just moved into a new place with two great rooms covered carpeting that only vaguely suggested had been white originally, but were now in such a dire state of brown and black smudges combined with a heavy pet order that I feared they might need to be replaced all together. Found a Groupon deal for three rooms, but only needed the two (both about 250+ sq. ft) They were able to set an appointment for me the very next morning. Showed up right on time. Incredibly pleasant, friendly service. John gladly helped me move and situate all of my furniture before taking impeccable care to lift the pet odors before deep cleaning. He even rinsed my floorboards and told me how to treat them to remove any residual pet odors in the room. He was observably concerned with doing a thorough job which is incredibly rare to come by and greatly appreciated. Even still, I can't believe how fast and thorough he was! He had the carpet in the two huge rooms back to brilliant white– not a stain left to be seen– along with an area rug I asked to have added on (super cheap and well worth it) clean and smelling pristine within an hour and a half. I can't recommend this company enough!”
