March 20, 2011 at 8:49 pmSorry Lori,
They told me they fixed it. When mine loaded I figured they had. Here’s what they sent me.
My name’s Nichole and I work for Social Grocery, the company that has partnered with Ben & Jerry’s to offer this coupon. Sorry for the technical difficulties! If you want to shoot us an e-mail at support@socialgrocery.com with your card # and a brief description of what happens, we can make sure that coupon gets on there for you.
Be sure to email them. I have confirmed, Social Grocery is where the coupon comes from and I have loaded and used mine. They need to know they are still experiencing problems. I’ll send them one too.
