Join me on Saturday, December 7th, in support of the fight against arthritis at the annual Jingle Bell Run in Salt Lake City!
The Jingle Bell Run/Walk is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide holiday run and walk event to raise both awareness and funds to fight arthritis – the number one cause of disability in the United States. Participants are provided with jingle bells to tie to their shoe laces and are encouraged to dress in holiday costumes – making the Jingle Bell Run/Walk a festive holiday tradition for individuals, families, companies and community teams. Give it a try, it could be a wonderful family tradition.
This year’s Jingle Bell Run will not only include the timed 5K event, but a Kids’ 1K Race with Rudolph, an Elf Village (with kid’s crafts and games), a Health and Wellness Expo, and a Jingle Bell Boutique. Local musical groups will be performing, prizes given away throughout the day, and even a special visit from Santa himself.
This run supports an especially meaningful cause for me as the Hubs has Rheumatoid Arthritis and we know first hand how painful and difficult is is to live with. Go here for dates for St. George and Salt Lake registration information.
Save on Registration: Registrations starts at $30 for adults and $10 for kids. There are currently two available ways to save on registrations.
