Back in April I posted about a produce offer from Organic Acres being offered by daily deal site MooLaLa. You can see the original post HERE. I've had a great amount of problems getting my produce to ship from this company and figured many of you may have too.
After many attempts to get my order shipped, I decided to contact MooLaLa and see if they could help. They responded to my request in less than 24 hours and applied a refund to my credit card immediately.
If you have had the same problems from Organic Acres you can request a refund from MooLaLa. I'm very happy with the quick response from MooLaLa and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again… Organic Acres… not so much. If any of you were successful in getting your produce, I'd love to hear what you thought.

October 26, 2011 at 8:49 amI also never received anything from my order and no response from My Organic Acres when I contacted them. I got the same email in August and nothing. Moolala was fantastic and issued an on the spot refund for my order. I’ve bought other deals from Moolala in the past with no trouble at all and now that I have had an issue and see that they are on the ball with customer service I will not hesitate to continue purchasing through them in the future. Thank you Moolala for looking out for your customers!

October 18, 2011 at 8:05 amI will be contacting Moolala also – I too ordered a long time ago – and my last update was on 8/24 saying they were sorry it had taken so long and that the new date would be 9/26. Obviously that has also come and gone.
