Okay..Beginners. It's week three of our rolling Register Rewards deals. If you are just joining us, you can jump in anytime. I'll keep the products to things that most people could use in their day to day lives. Scroll down for a recap of weeks 1 & 2.
We have a $5 Register Reward from Novartis company for the Keri purchase. When I do these, I just look at the Walgreens match-up on the site to choose. This week there are several items that will work. I decided to go with the Pert because the coupon came today 8/14 and is easily accessed by everyone.
Colgate, Revlon, Lysol Healthy Hands and Speed Stick are all great choices too. If you want a nice $10 Register Reward to work with, the ReNew Omega Krill Oil is a good option. It's important to note at this point that Pert is made by Idelle Labs.
Buy 1 Pert Plus 2in1 shampoo + conditioner 25.4 oz $3.99 = $3 RR
Buy 1 small filler item valued of at least $1.01
(Penway or Wexford wide or college ruled 180 sheets paper for $1.19 is a great choice)
Use the $1/1 Pert coupon in the 8/14 SS (SmartSource circular, came in Sunday's paper)
Use the $5 Keri Register Reward if you have it.
Pay $0.18 – Get back a $3 RR
**Special Note: If you are just joining us all you need to do is purchase the Pert and hang on to your $3 Register Reward. Then watch for next weeks deal idea. If you are wondering if it's worth the effort. Visit my Walgreens vs Walmart post HERE.

New Couponers Tip #2: Rotating a Register Reward: Last week we learned that a Register Reward is considered a manufacturers coupon. They are generated by the company that makes that specific product. So, if you try to use a Register Reward to purchase ANY other product that is made by that same company you most likely WILL NOT get another Register Reward.
In the case of the Pert for example, you could not turn around and purchase another Pert, use the Register Reward to pay and then receive another $3 Register Reward. If another product of Idelle Labs (makers of Pert) happens to be on Register Reward you could not use it for that either. You can tell what company issued your Register Reward by looking just below the Walgreens logo. Here's a close up of the Keri Register Reward. You can see it was issued by Novarts. So, if Pert were made by Novartis this deal would not work.
