September 23, 2013 at 10:14 amSo, I’m back to be a pain about the Kleenex deal. My Catalina didn’t print. 🙁 I know I purchased the right product as well as the correct amount necessary… Do you have any insight on how one can go about trying to get the catalina after the fact? There is nothing more heartbreaking when you are expecting one to print and it doesn’t. The clerks just give you this look like “too bad so sad”.

September 23, 2013 at 11:27 amHi Danielle,
Was that at a Market Place or a regular Smith’s? The Catalina announcement I received was at a regular Smith’s, it might not be working at Market Place.
Here’s a link to a post about how to contact Catalina http://bit.ly/XcU6Xn

September 21, 2013 at 3:16 pmAccording to other blogs you cannot combine the promo with manufacturer coupons…has anyone confirmed you actually can?
Danielle Alonzo says
September 23, 2013 at 10:12 amI combined and was not given any problems. Its not product specific, its almost like an internal catalina so to say from Kimberly Clark, buy 5 of their products & you get $5 off..so the manufacturer coupons work fine.

September 23, 2013 at 11:51 amThe information I’ve been given is that this coupon is just like a mega event. Look at the coupon as a store coupon instead of a manufacturer coupon.
The reason they put it as a coupon was to get people to start using their eCoupons. For my transaction, not only did it work with paper coupons, but my Smith’s eCoupons also came off.
From what I was told, the reason it states can not be combined, is because that disclaimer is on all of their eCoupons and could not be removed for just this pomotion without removing the lingo from all of their eCoupons.
This is a test for Kroger. I’m guessing we will see more of them. I hope that helps.

September 20, 2013 at 9:43 amI might be missing something but… I came back to read up on the kleenex deal
“Buy (6) Kleenex Tissues $1.79 Use the $5 off 5 Smith’s eCoupon above Pay $3.95 – Get back $1.50 Smith’s store coupon Final cost $2.45 for all Six boxes! Only $0.41 each!”
My calculations if you have to buy 6 mean that 6 X $1.79-$5 off 5 would equal $5.74 not 3.95…
Am I missing a step?

September 20, 2013 at 10:26 amThanks so much Danielle! That was a typo, when I first worked the deal I was using 6 items and forgot to change the (6) to a (5):(. You get $1 back for a 5 item purchase and $1.50 back for 6.

September 19, 2013 at 7:33 pmThe $5 off 5 Smith’s digital coupon will only deduct up to five times in one transaction(a total of 25 items).
j says
September 19, 2013 at 4:51 pm1.50 Smith’s store coupon anyoen know if u get more than 1 per each 6 you get ?
Heather says
September 19, 2013 at 5:48 pmNo, unfortunately all Smith’s Catalina coupons only print once per transaction. If you bought 12 in one transaction you would still only receive (1) $1.50 Catalina.

Limit of one coupon per item. Digital coupons and paper coupons may not be combined on the purchase of a single item

September 19, 2013 at 2:25 pmI can’t get the share feature to work on the pickupthevalues.com site. It lets me share (of course) but then it doesn’t take me to the increased coupons…. weird.
c4u says
September 19, 2013 at 2:56 pmDang it. It looks like the share feature is having issues 🙁
It is a newer site. I guess the best we can do is try later.
