November 30, 2018 at 7:30 amI have the 10 piece cuisinart color knives and they are supposed to have written on each handle what they are used for and there is nothing on them. Why’s is this?

November 30, 2018 at 1:31 pmHi Kathy, as far as I know these knives are color coded to avoid cross-contamination but don’t have the use for each knife written anywhere on it. I also own this set and mine don’t have any writing on them either. I hope you enjoy your knife set as much as I have mine.
