If you live in the Murray and those illusive Beer rebate forms have been escaping you. I have info from a very reliable reader that there are 2 different forms right now at Smith's in Murray on 5300 S & 700 West.
One is for $8.00 back on a $10.01 purchase of sunscreen or other summer products.
The other is for $6.00 back on a $10.01 purchase of beef.
Look for them on the beer isle. They had several at 10:10 am today 6/16!
Remember NO BEER PURCHASE IS REQUIRED IN THE STATE OF UTAH!
