On Friday October 31, join The Salt Lake City Library for their Halloween Block Party. At the event there will be Halloween-themed activities, including trick-or-treating, a black light ‘Spook Alley', Halloween short film screenings, and a storytime by Utah-based author Kristyn Crow. Activities begin at 2 pm through 5:30 pm.
