Melon Days (Green River) – Sep 17-18; Live music, vendor fair, games, free melon sampling and more.
Harvest Moon Hurrah (Spanish Fork) – Sep 18 from 3-8 pm at Spanish Fork City Park. Crafts, games, pumpkin decorating, storytelling, entertainment and more.
9th & 9th Street Festival (Salt Lake) – Sep 18 from 10 am – 6 pm at 900 S 900 E. Free kid-friendly, pet-friendly, music, food, art and more.
International Arts & Crafts Festival (Draper) – Sep 18 from 10 am – 4 pm at Draper Park. More than 150 artists, live entertainment, food court, and children's activities.
Birthday Bash (Salt Lake) – Sep 18 from 1 – 4 pm at Utah Museum of Contemporary Art. Wheel around the courtyard with skates/scooters/bikres, face paint, bounce house, in-gallary activities, chalk art and more.
Blues Barbershop Car Show (Salt Lake) – Sep 18 from 11 am – 3 pm at Holladay City Hall Park. Enjoy vendors, music, food trucks, ice cream and more.
Bark in the Park (Cottonwood Heights) – Sep 18 from 10 am – 1 pm at Mountview Park. Includes free hot dogs, K9 obstacle course, K9 demo, fenced off leash area.
Autumn Aloft (Park City) – Sep 18-19 at Treasure Mountain Middle School. Features 20+ hot air balloonists. Subject to weather conditions. Morning launches scheduled for 8 am and an evening candlestick on Saturday at 8 pm on Historic Main.
Festa Italiana (Salt Lake) – Sep 18-19; 15 food vendors serving unique and authentic Italian food, non-stop performances, artists, beer and wine.
WitchFest (West Jordan) – Sep 18- Oct 30 at Gardner Village. Includes witch displays scavenger hunt and other fun events.
Snowbird Octoberfest –  a family-friendly affair with activities, food, and, of course, brews for days — weeks actually. The highly-anticipated festival begins late-August and lasts through mid-October, taking place every Saturday and Sunday, along with Labor Day.
MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge
