Heritage Festival (Kaysville) – May 19-21 at USU Botanical Center. Educational demos and activities, baby animals, horseback rides, mini train rides, kids crafts, entertainment and food. Cost $7 per person ages 3+, Family is $35.
Living Traditions Festival (Salt Lake) – May 20-22 at Library Square. Presentation through dance, music, craft, and culinary art. Admission is free.
Night Lights (Tooele) – May 20-21 at Utah Motorsports Campus. Lantern festival. Tickets are $44 online or $59 at the door.
Tumbleweeds Festival (Taylorsville) – May 20-22 at Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center. A mini festival with films, activities, and workshops for kids of all ages. Day pass is just $6 and includes: All in-person films for that day on a first come, first served basis, Clubhouse activities, and Free UTA transit to the Festival.
Spring Concert (West Jordan) – May 20 at 7:30 pm at The Viridian Center. Free concert.
Candy From The Sky (Spanish Fork) – May 21 from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm at The Spanish Fork Airport. Includes C-54 Candy drop, C-17 fly over, tours, STEM Bus, Children's Activity village.
Chinese Folk Art Festival (Orem) – May 21 from 12-6 pm Scera Park. Chinese song competition, Chinese food, dragon dance and more. Cost is $10; 7 and under is free.
Youth Empowerment Day (Murray) – May 21 from 11 am-2 pm at Wheeler Farm. Free event for kids between 3-18 with games, prizes, sumo suits, crafts, music, story telling and more.
Collide Arts Festival (Salt Lake) – May 21 from 12-7 pm at Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts. Family friendly community event with a variety of artists and their craft – dance, music, theatre, film, food trucks and more. Cost is $5/Adult, Student $2; Children 5 and up $2.
Armed Forces Day Concert (Salt Lake) – May 21 at 7 pm at The Gallivan Center. Free event and free parking under the plaza.
Wildland Community Outreach Day (Sandy) – May 21 from 9 am – 12 pm at Hidden Valley Park. Learn and prepare for wildfire; learn fire smart landscaping, wildfire action plan, emergency supply kits, evacuation steps and more.
Fun Family & Dog Day (Clearfield) – May 21 from 11am – 4 pm at Mountain View Baptist Church. Includes food trucks, booths, dog obstacle course, costume contest, dog adoption and more.
MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge
