Utah Sportsman & RV Show (Sandy) – Feb 16-19 at Mountain America Expo Center. The Utah RV Show is a one-stop marketplace for every kind of outdoor recreational vehicle. Save $2 online, kids 12 and under are free.
Small & Tall Ball (West Jordan) – Feb 17 from 5-8 pm at The Viridian Center. Dance the night away with your little ones at this family-friendly event. There will be a craft, food, dancing, and a character performance! Cost is $8 per person.
Balloons & Tunes Roundup (Kanab) – Feb 17-19 at Former Coral Cliffs Golf course. They are expecting 40+ Hot Air Balloon Pilots and bands. Launches take place at 7:30 am each morning (weather permitting). Starting Friday afternoon join them on Main Street for a one-of-a-kind vendor fair and listen to bands followed by a Lantern Festival. Saturday night on Center Street there will be a Balloon Glow at 7pm and band entertainment!
All Star Weekend (Salt Lake) – Feb 17-19; various events will take place in Salt Lake as they host the NBA All Star Games. Central is a free event at Gallivan Plaza from 1-10 pm Friday-Sunday with local art, music and food. The Gateway will be having a Grit Rail Jam snowboarding competition (free to attend), a Shop Salt Lake City pop-up retail venue and Cactus Jack Concert Series. American Express will have its first-ever “Outside The Court” activation at The Gateway with Dirty Sodas free for cardmembers, interactive photo op, live ice sculptors and more. All UTA services are free and will have extended hours along with entertainers performing on downtown TRAX lines.
Bryce Canyon Winter Festival – Feb 18-20 at Ruby's Inn. There will be Free clinics, demos and tours.
Great Backyard Bird Count (Saratoga Springs) – Feb 19 at 1pm at Utah Lake Field Station. Watch, learn about, count, and celebrate birds. This is a free event, however, registration is needed.
Bald Eagle Viewing Day (Randlet) – Feb 18 from 9 am – 12 pm at Ouray National Wildlife Refuge. Come see America's most iconic bird in the wetlands! Free, however, registration required. Eccles Wildlife Education in Farmington also has an event, however, it is sold out but still a great spot to go and find eagles.
Torchlight Parade & Fireworks (Solitude) – Feb 18 from 3-7:30 pm at Solitude Mountain Resort. There will be a concert, children's magician, torchlight parade and fireworks.
Meet Live Raptors (Sandy)- Feb 18 from 2-4 pm at Mark Miller Subaru. They will have several birds for you to meet and refreshments. Free, however, please registrer
Valentine's Lantern Making (Ogden) – Feb 18 from 5-7 pm at Ogden Nature Center. Grab your sweetie for a night of lantern making followed by a self-guided trail walk. Along the trail, find and collect hidden animal Valentine’s day cards. $15 per person.

MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge
