Fall Festival (Saratoga Springs) – Oct 7 from 5-8 pm at Shay Park. Inflatables, petting zoo, train rides, trick or treating, community fair and more.
Honey Harvest Festival (Grantsville) – Oct 7-8 at Clark Historic Farm, honey sales, beekeeping demonstrations, hands-on exhibits, games for the kids, pony and camel rides, wagon rides, bounce houses, petting zoo, and more. Admission is $3 for ages 5+
Deseret News Fall Home Show (Sandy) – Oct 7-9 at Mountain America Expo. Save $2 on online tickets.
Scary Movie Night (Orem) – Oct 7 from 6-10 pm at University Place. Bring your blankets and chairs and remember to dress warmly to watch Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl.
Harvest Moon (Ogden) – Oct 8 from 3-7 pm at Historic Monastery Farm. Barn dance, u-pick pumpkins, hayrides, food trucks and more.
Harvest Festival (Oakley) – Oct 8 from 12-5 pm at Oakley Cattlemen's Hall. Local food and drink, activities for kids, live music, local crafts, and more.
Trick or Treat Street (Kearns) – Oct 8 from 3:30-5:30 pm at Utah Olympic Oval. Admission for adults Age 13 and over is $5 or a non-perishable canned food item donation. Kids under Age 12 admission is free. Public skate rental is $5.
Samhain Celtic Halloween Festival (Salt Lake) – Oct 8 from 11 am -10 pm at The Gateway,
Irish dancers, games and activities for kids.
Ginormous Pumpkin Regatta (Daybreak) – Oct 8 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm at North Shore. A race of giant pumpkins on the water.
Scarecrow Spectacular (Mapleton) – Oct 8 at 3 pm at City Park. Walk amongst the scarecrows, food trucks, great pumpkin growing contest and more.
Glendale Heritage & Apple Festival – Oct 8; celebrates the small southern Utah town of Glendale and their intriguing history, along with the best tasting apple pie in the county!
New Harmony Apple & Fall Festival – Oct 8 from 10 am – 3 pm at Town Park. Live music, kid's games, bounce houses, food trucks and more.
Pumpkin & Scarecrow Festival (Cedar City) – Oct 8 from 10 am – 4 pm at Cross Hollow Arenas. Face painting, pumpkin patch, trick or treating, cupcake decorating and more. $5 per child.
MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge
