Hispanic Folsom Fiesta (Salt Lake) – Oct 5 from 12-4 pm at Folsom Avenue (900 West); activities for all ages, food, vibrant colors & rhythms.
Halloween Town & Hocus Pocus (Eagle Mountain) – Oct 5 from 11 am-2 pm at Cory Wride Memorial Park; trick or treat local businesses, see classic cars, food trucks, and Hocus Pocus Movie to follow in the evening at 7:15 pm.
Millfreaks! (Millcreek) – Oct 5 at 5, 6 or 7 pm with 4 stop locations. $25 fee per group includes activities, performers, music and more.
Scarecrow Festival (Park City) – Oct 5 from 2-4 pm at McPolin Farm. Non-event tickets are $25 and include a support, display packet and straw stuffing at the Farm. Event tickets are $50 include the above plus pumpkin painting, face painting, cookies and cider. You can view the scarecrows for free.
Witchfest (West Jordan) – Sep 20 Witchfest starts at Gardner Village and runs thru Oct 31. Check out this fun, free display of witches.
Oktoberfest at Snowbird is a family-friendly affair with activities, food, and, of course, brews for days — weeks actually. The highly-anticipated festival begins August 10 and lasts through mid-October, taking place every Saturday and Sunday
MOA Family Workshops (Provo) – On any one Saturday of their choice families can take a guided tour of a current exhibition and create a fun, hands-on art project, free of charge
