June 12, 2015 at 8:24 amI’m sorry you didn’t receive your Catalinas. You definitely should have gotten them. I would suggest contacting Catalina marketing at support.catalinamarketing.com. Whenever I’ve had a problem in the past with a Catalina not printing, they have been great about getting back to me, and sending the missing Catalinas. It’s definitely worth a try!

June 12, 2015 at 7:01 pmI did end up contacting Catalina…so we’ll see. Its taking way more effort than required though. The checker, who was a nice boy didn’t even know what Catalinas were. The customer service desk at Smith’s said that due to their remodeling their Catalina machines are “messed up” and had me call Smith’s corporate. Smith’s corporate talked to me for about 10 minutes and I thought they might just put the $ amount on my member card…but then they transferred me to Catalina. And another 25 minutes on the phone. Ugh, and because I did two transactions it got more complicated. So…perhaps the warning here is just pick a different Smiths.
