December 14, 2011 at 11:40 amI don’t have this specific machine. But, I have owned 2 of them now. I wore out the first one after 7 years of constant use. It was one similar to this one. Now I have an upright. I actually preferred the one that looks like this. It was much easier to operate. They both work great! I wouldn’t be with out one. You might want to read through the reviews on Amazon. They are good on this particular machine.
