If you got one of these circulars in your mail today – be careful not to throw it away. It's $10.00 off a $10.00 purchase at JC Penney. I hoped one was coming, they usually come the same time the coupon code comes out. It's even better when you use the coupon in the store and don't have to pay for the shipping.
