Here is my Smith's Buy 10 Save $5 Instantly Mega Event Shopping Trip. I bought 60 participating mega event events, and by doing that I instantly saved $30 off my bill before I even handed over my coupons!

Bought 10 Land O Lakes Butter 8 half sticks, 16 oz $1.99 (with purchase of 10 participating mega item- Mix & Match)
Final price = $19.90 (this was my biggest expense, but the regular price for butter is over $4.50/lb! I was glad to pay less than half price!)

Bought 2 Quaker Protein Instant Oatmeal, 8 packets $2.00 (this is NOT a mega event item. This is a sale price, and a deal that has been good going on 3 weeks now)

Final price = FREE

My grand total for everything was $36.50 before taxes.

My total before Mega Event savings (for buying in increments of 10 participating items), coupon savings, and Catalina coupons would have been a whopping $98.25! And that's at sale prices (including the butter at $2.49)! If we were looking in perspective of retail price- it would be MUCH higher than that.
