While whining to my hairdresser, yet again, about the ageing, fuzzy and thinning hair I was growing, she thought she might have a solution for me. I decided to try a Brazilian Blowout.

Brazilian Blowout is a Keratin based product that uses bonding technologies to improve the health and condition of the hair by creating a protective protein layer around the hair shaft to eliminate frizz and smooth the cuticle.

The process takes around 90 minutes depending on the length of your hair and can be done the same day as tinting. 

• Stylist will shampoo your hair 3 times with a specially formulated shampoo
• Stylist will then comb the Brazilian Blowout Professional Treatment through each section of the hair from root to tip; lightly dusting each section with the solution.
• Solution will surround each hair shaft with protective protein layers.
• Stylist will then blow-dry your hair as straight as possible with a flat or round brush.

My stylists also added some height while blow drying that actually set in my hair, making it very easy to style afterwards!

• Once dry, you Stylist will use a flat iron to further straighten the hair in small sections.
• Then Rinse, Seal with Serum and blow dry is all that is needed.

I left the salon with beautiful, smooth, healthy radiant hair! I felt years younger and I could not believe how shiny and healthy it felt. Two days after my treatment, I hoped on a cruise ship (lucky me) and, even through all of the salt, sand, sun and chlorine I came home with beautiful soft and shiny hair. I could not stop playing with it!
