On a personal note. This is a something I just bought for myself. The Bosu is one of the popular items used at the Fitness Together and many other personal training facilities and gyms. It works GREAT and is fun and easy to use. If you are looking for a versatile piece of workout equipment, you can't go wrong with this one. The Burpees in the vid above are my favorite!
