Best Carpet Cleaning: Utah EcoCarpet Carpet Care Review

It seems like there are a lot of Carpet Cleaning services out there. I've tried several companies with mixed results. So, when EcoCarpet Carpet Care asked us to give them a try in exchange for a review, I was hesitant. However, in looking over the great reviews this company has on KSL coupled with a very high recommendation from a blogger friend of mine, I decided to give them a try.

We are so glad we did. This is by far one of the best carpet cleanings I have had. I was AMAZED at the beautiful job they did. My carpet is 5 years old and I didn't have many noticeable stains, but my carpet lacked luster and over time it had become matted down. Once they were done my carpet looked just like it did the day it was installed. The results were awesome!

EcoCarpet does not use chemicals. They use the “Steam-Clean” Method, which makes for a deeper cleaning, versus just a surface clean. The employees were very nice and courteous and thorough in explaining how their cleaning process works and exactly what they were going to do.

Before they began to clean, I was asked to show them which areas I expected to be cleaned (so we were all on the same page) and had me point out any concerning spots or stains. They were straight-forward with what stains may or may not come out with the cleaning. They also took great care in protecting my home and walls from the tubing brought in to assist in the cleaning. The employees wore plastic booties over their shoes to protect the carpet as they cleaned. They even left booties for my family to use until the carpet was thoroughly dried.

I didn't even remember that my tile and grout used to be that white?! The tile cleaning was AMAZING! The pictures speak for themselves! I am completely pleased with how well the grout cleaned up. I could have never gotten better results anywhere else! I highly recommend EcoCarpet for tile cleaning!

My Microfiber Couch was just awful! I had completely given up on getting this thing cleaned up. This was the item in my home I was most excited about seeing the results once it was cleaned. I am still impressed with the job they did on my sofa. The cleaning completely got rid of those nasty water spot rings.

EcoCarpet Carpet Care did a fabulous job and I highly recommend them to everyone for carpet, tile,  and upholstery cleaning. I have no complaints about the service I was offered. All my expectations were completely filled. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
