Hubby and I had dinner at Archibald's last week. I thought I would share some pictures of our favorites. Archibald's restaurant is located inside the Historic Mill at Gardner Village in West Jordan.
Archibald's is well known for their Fried Green Tomatoes ($5.99), they are delicious. There are times when Archibald's has won out on our dining choice because of a Fried Green Tomato craving.
Their main coarse menu includes a variety of Chicken, Beef and Fish dishes, along with a several salads and sandwiches. Kids meals start at $4.99.
Gardner Village has very rustic feel and I think the best items on the menu are the rustic home-style meals. My choice always goes back to the comfort food selections. I enjoy the Chicken Pot pie ($8.49), my meat and potatoes Hubster almost always has Prime Rib (petite cut $13.99).
For dessert; All of the desserts are delicious! I'm particularly fond of the Carmel Apple Cobbler ($5.29). Most of the time we just take a stroll to Sweet Afton's and share a piece of their yummy fudge (about $2.25 a piece).
Gardner Village can make for a date night all on it's own. You can explore the furniture shops, there are a lot of decorating ideas and plenty of photo opts along the path.
Enjoy!
