An Eye Popping Experiance

So, this is a post I frankly thought I would never make. I've learned from blogging however, to never say never. Have you ever gone to the internet browsing for something and found yourself looking like this? Unfortunately, it has happened to most of us. However,  I never thought I would see that expression on my face while visiting my own site.

To those that visited Saturday, I feel I must offer an explanation. Although, as I type this, my explanation seems utterly lame and honestly stupid, like something a child would offer to a parent in the form of “I forgot”.  I would love to be able to say “WHAT!.. I was hacked” or perhaps blame the person who is often conveniently blamed for things that go wrong, the Hubmiser. The kids seemed like a good scape goat.

Unfortunately, I'm mortified to say, that post came from my own arthritic fingers. And, the only explanation I have is simple exhaustion and rushing. Trying to keep the balance in my day to day life, keep you up to date with fresh deals along with getting the new site up has simply left me overloaded. I honestly did not see past the bands tell tell logo. Oh… If only my eyes had traveled up.

To those that felt disappointment or took offense, my deepest apologies for letting you down. And, while yes, the deal was a good one and the image itself, to some, would sadly be considered “normal.” to me it was not and did not have a place on this website.

You can not imagine the sinking in my stomach when the hub and I returned home from our outing and I realized my mistake. “5 HOURS! OMG!! *&%#@*%!!..” You get the point.

Now, as I close, I want to say I'm the kind of person that tries to find humor and value in all of life's mishaps. Hopefully, as time progresses I'll find some humor in my face above. As for value; well lets just say I've learned a lot and am making some long overdue changes in life.
