- *Employees of Coupons4Utah, its affiliated companies, contest sponsors, their agencies and immediate families are not eligible.
- *If applicable contest entry form(s) must be completed in full.
- *Technical issues: Coupons4Utah and/or it's Sponsor are not responsible for technical or computer failures, errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, delayed or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any Web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction.
- *All entrants must be at least 18 years old or older and reside in the United States unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post.
- *Randomly selected winners will be announced according to the giveaway timelines. If response from the winner is not made within the the time frame indicated in the winning post, the winner’s prize will be considered forfeited.  Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another winner. Please make certain to add @Coupons4Utah.com to your eamil list. We can not be responsible for email that goes directly to your junk folder.
- *Winners are required to provide all of the information requested in the body of the winners form.
- *If the value of a prize exceeds $100.00 in value, the winner may be asked to provide social security information to Coupons4Utah and/or it's sponsors for tax reporting purposes.
- *We reserve the right to publish the winners first and last name on the Coupons4Utah website, email newsletter and RSS feed, upon selection. We also reserve the right to announce the winners name on Facebook and Twitter.
- *By entering this contest, you may be choosing to opt in to newsletters and other emails from Coupons4Utah and/or it's sponsors, opting out of emails does not jeopardize your chances of winning.
- *When a prize is awarded via US mail, Coupons4Utah will copy & paste the winners mailing address from the winners email reply to the shipping label and will not accept responsibility for a prize that is not received due to mis-addressed, mis-sent or lost by the delivery service. In the event a prize is returned, we will make every effort to contact you to re-award your prize.
- *Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash.
- *Event Ticket Giveaways: In the event that there is a cancellation, it will be the winners responsibility to coordinate with the ticket vendor and Coupons4Utah if necessary for ticket exchange. No refunds will be issued.
- Products: Coupons4Utah is not responsible for the product safety, any recalls or damage caused during shipping. Products should be used in compliance with the safety guidelines. All product issues must be handled with the distributor, manufacturer and or shipping company.
- *For ticket giveaways the winner may be required to set up a Flashseats.com account.
- Qualified entrants must be a legal resident to the state of Utah and have reached the age of 18 at the time of entry, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway post.
- *Photos submitted entries in photo contests become the property of Coupons4Utah and/or it's sponsors. Please do not submit copyrighted material. Photo entries are posted at the discretion of Coupons4Utah and will not be entered if deemed inappropriate by Coupons4Utah.
- Photo submissions must be the sole property and original work of entrant. When submitting any photo or video, entrant must have all rights to reproduce and distribute the photo/video submitted. Any photo and/or video submission should be the product of an amateur and not taken by a professional photographer or videographer in their capacity as a professional.
