Snack of the Day: Apple Blueberry Smoothie
Time for another “Snack of the Day” post. As mentioned previously, for the next few weeks, we are going to be sharing some healthy, simple and easy Smoothies and Snacks that come in under 200 calories. Hopefully, you’ll find them helpful and they will give you some motivation to replace one of your snacks attacks with something better for you.
This Apple Blueberry Smoothie is quick to make, delicious and nutritious.
1 Apple (I like Gala)
1/2 Cup Blueberry
1/3 Cup low or fat free Vanilla Greek Yogurt (1/2 the 6 oz. container)
8 or so ice cubes
Blend and Enjoy!
