These Olympic Ring Sugar Cookies are as tasty as they are easy! Just 3 ingredients and a few minutes is all it takes.

3 Quick and Easy Olympic Themed Treats - Coupons4Utah1. Bake a batch of sugar cookies, using refrigerated cookie dough. 2. When the cookies are almost cool, cut a hole in each cookie to make a ring. (I didn't have a cookie cutter the right size, so I looked around the kitchen and found this lid from our maple syrup was just the right size!) 3. Let the cookie rings cool completely. 4. Frost with white, canned frosting and top with M&M's in the colors of the Olympic rings.
